Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation, please do so AT LEAST 24 hours prior to your appointment, or you will charged 25% of your service total. DEPOSITS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE UNLESS I CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT AND CAN NOT SERVICE YOU. If you have an appointment and would like to reschedule DO NOT cancel the appointment and book a new one, just reschedule it to the desired date. I WILL NOT refund or apply that deposit to your new appointment.
