I met with Jalyssa for a consultation about starting dreadlocks. I had no idea about anything, we talked about size and styling options. After reviewing some of the styles I was interested in, she informed that style is a freeform style and would not need her services. She then explained the difference between freeform dreads and the services she offers. I decided to go with Jalyssa's services and when asked how soon I would like to have it, I responded ASAP due to a family trip I had planned for the upcoming holidays. She was booked up but scheduled me for a day she had requested off if I could make it first thing in the morning. During my appointment she explained each step of the process of what she was doing. I felt like she took her time, was gentle, informative and caring. The quality of service was excellent and I also enjoyed the environment of the shop, which was clean, comfortable and relaxing. I forgot to take before and after pictures is my only regret.
